Majority sale of shares for Orbital Fabrications

We acted as lead adviser to the Vendors at ATP Architects + Surveyors Ltd on the sale of the company to RSK Group.
We acted as lead advisers to the Vendors, Daren Flight and Keith Warwick. We ran a comprehensive sale process, from drafting the Information Memorandum, preparing financial forecasts and managing dialogue with potential buyers, through to leading negotiations and overseeing the financial due diligence.

RSK Group acquired 100% of the share capital. Daren and Keith remain part of the senior management team.
