Company background

Based in Fowlmere near Cambridge, StarSpice Ingredients is a specialist bulk supplier of Gin Botanicals, herbs, spices and exotic ingredients to the UK food and drinks industry. Trading for more than 10 years, the company provides a highly personal service and advice on all aspects of the specialist products it sources and supplies.

What we did

Our advisory team prepared the valuation of the business, devised the deal structure, and negotiated with the buyer. Whilst not typical of the size of transaction PEMCF usually advises on, this was a long-standing client of PEM and we wanted to maximise value for the vendor.

Deal structure
