RSK has acquired 100% of the shares from directors Daren Flight and Keith Warwick. The sale process was run by lead advisers Philip Olagunju and Lake Falconer from PEM Corporate Finance.

Keith Warwick, said of the transaction:

“ATP is delighted to be joining RSK, which we are confident will be equally beneficial to both companies. Joining the group will increase our service provision, both geographically and in terms of breadth and depth.”

Philip Olagunju, Director at PEM Corporate Finance added:

The vendors were a pleasure to advise, and all of us at PEM Corporate Finance wish them all the best for the future.”

Alan Ryder, CEO at RSK commented:

“RSK already has a strong presence in the architecture and building surveying industries. ATP will only help bolster that provision, of which we are very proud. ATP’s focus on its people, both employees and clients alike, is something shared with RSK. With this shared ethos and complementary service offerings, we look forward to seeing what the future holds for both RSK and ATP as they unite.”
