Majority sale of shares for Orbital Fabrications

We advised Masters Logistical Services, a logistics and transportation company, on the successful sale of the company.
PEM Corporate Finance acted as lead adviser on the sale of Masters Logistical Services to Knowles Transport.
Masters was incorporated in 2006 but its origins can be traced back as far as 1982. Owners and directors Paul Upton and Deanna Wood have worked together for nearly 20 years and are responsible for growing Masters from a next day delivery courier business to becoming a reputable third-party logistics (3PL) player within the UK logistics industry with established blue-chip clients.
Having carried out an extensive marketing exercise, PEMCF were able to sell the business to another local operator, with a shared culture, ethos, and similar history and strategic vision for the future – a fantastic outcome for all parties involved in the transaction.
Knowles Transport acquired 100% of Masters Logistical.
