Majority sale of shares for Orbital Fabrications
PEM Corporate Finance were appointed by Orbital Fabrications to provide M&A advice on the sale of 80% of its shares.
We advised management on the acquisition of Ling Cook and carried out financial due diligence on the target business.

It has been growing steadily for the last 15 years by concentrating on the insurance needs of local businesses, farmers and industrialists, together with the related personal insurances whilst making a number of strategic acquisitions at regular intervals.
The deal was relatively straightforward and allowed a managed succession of ownership at Ling Cook thus securing local jobs.
The deal was financed from internal resources of Gibbs Denley and loan notes from the vendors.
