The BRT Group is the largest family owned distributor of bearings, power transmission and pneumatic components in the UK. For more than forty years, BRT strives to ensure they offer a high level of customer service in both the Automotive and Industrial markets.
The deal successfully transferred ownership of BRT from its previous owners to a third generation of the family. The new owners, Philip and Simon Clark, have over 30 years’ combined experience working at the business, and several years experience managing it. As such the transition of responsibility was a smooth one.
