Management buyout at Titan
Titan, an engineering company which started life as a motorsport racing team, has completed an MBO.
We are delighted to announce PEM Corporate Finance have won ‘Deal of the Year (sub £10m)’ for the MBO of Titan Motorsports!
PEM Corporate Finance have won Deal of the Year (sub £10m) at the Insider Central and East Dealmakers Awards 2022 for their lead on the MBO of Titan Motorsports.
Partner and Head of PEM Corporate Finance, Philip Olagunju, has said:
