PEMCF joins professional network

The Corporate Finance Faculty is a professional network managed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW) and includes more than 7,000 members and more than 80 member organisations.

The faculty is the ICAEW’s centre of professional expertise in corporate finance. It contributes to policy development and responds to consultations by international organisations, governments, regulators, and other professional bodies.

Recent examples of the faculty’s initiatives include its work with UK government on the National Security & Investment Act, organising advisory roundtables for Lord Hill’s UK Listings Review, the joint publication of a new edition of Private Equity Demystified, and research for the UK Immersive Tech: VC Investment Report.

The faculty’s international network includes member organisations and individuals from major professional services groups, specialist advisory firms, companies, banks and alternative lenders, private equity, venture capital, law firms, brokers, consultants, policy-makers and academic experts.
