Orbital Fabrications was a leading player within manufacturing of components and systems for handling of various gases with high demand of cleanliness. Located in Cambridge with around 80 employees, their turnover was approximately £14 million with good profitability.
PEMCF provided full transactional support to the Vendors including renegotiating an uplift in value to reflect improvements in company performance.
80% of the shares were sold to Bergman & Beving AB with 2 of the Vendors each retaining 10% with an option to sell the remaining shares at a pre-determined time
