Beijing Perception Technology Ltd has agreed a deal to acquire ESM Global Ltd.
Beijing Perception Technology Co. Ltd, a Beijing-based specialist in the research, development and manufacture of optical fibre sensors has agreed a deal to acquire ESM Global Ltd.
ESM was founded in 2013 and based in Papworth Everard, UK. They specialise in the design, build and commissioning of optical fibre drawing equipment for the production of optical/photonic crystal fibre. ESM also has expertise in the construction of towers to house their production equipment and the design installation and operation of laboratory clean rooms.
PEM Corporate Finance undertook financial due diligence for Beijing Perception Technology Co. Ltd on this transaction. Beijing Perception Technology is one of the leading providers of optical fibre technology in China. The transaction supports Beijing Perception Technology’s growth strategy and positioning in the European market.
