We act for a small number of management buy-in (MBI) candidates and help to identify a suitable target, prepare a business plan, source the finance and negotiate the deal through to completion.
Some of the qualities we look for in a successful MBI candidate include a good track record of managing a successful business with growing turnover and profits, a team leader and someone who is willing to risk a sizeable amount of capital to fund the purchase price.
