Vindis acquires Peterborough Audi from Wayside Group

PEM Corporate Finance supported the Vindis Group in their acquisition of Peterborough Audi from Wayside Group.  The purchase adds to Vindis Group's porfolio of 19 Volkswagen Group outlests, spanning five counties and an impressive 50 years of trading.
